A challenge organizations and companies often face is identifying the most effective, sustainable way to develop the skills, knowledge, and tools of emerging leaders, middle managers, and coordinators. This middle tier group of leaders is often undersupported. One-on-one or group coaching and mentoring is necessary for these leaders, who in turn lead the majority of the folks carrying out the work and mission of the organization or company.
