Peace, Folks:

Are you searching for a life-affirming and sustainable approach to your leadership, organizational development, and navigating the challenges, offerings, and invitations life gives us?

I am Rev. Carmen d. Player (they/them/theirs). I am a Revolutionary of Compassion and Love. I make a positive disturbance in the places I have been given. I can help you make it happen.

We have arrived together in the timeline of human history where we are presented with a critical moral imperative: to reflect on our individual and collective beliefs, own the repercussions of our action/inaction, restore, repair, reduce and prevent harm. We must decide, we will contribute to the elevation of humanity and the Earth or co-sign with the demise of our very existence.

This is a massive undertaking. It is multifarious and requires a commitment to excellent effort. Fortunately, the very places we live and work, every interaction, and each relationship are opportunities to create and nourish the world we want and need to see. The most powerful way forward is together, and it takes strategy.

My soul commission has allowed me to utilize my professional journey to create experiences on the individual and systemic level where compassion and love are tangible, sustainable, life-affirming, and scalable.

After more than fifteen years as a school and non-profit leader, corporate executive, grantmaker, coach, and mentor, I have acquired a deep skill set, tools, experience, and the disposition to support your vision to transform your organization and lTogether, we can elevate and develop systems, cultures, and practices reflective of eco-systems where individuals are valued, work is efficient and supported, and compassion and love are codified through collaboratively developed practices, policies, systems, and procedures.

Life-affirming, transformative leadership requires: compassion, love, integrity, guts, data, and a plan. It is possible, and I am here to support you.

In Solidarity,

Rev. Carmen d. Player, M.Ed
